Harassment will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to refuse service or blacklist individuals from commissioning me again.I will take commissions of almost any character type including D&D characters, anything from feral to human, and fandom characters. I will also draw candy gore, light gore/body horror, any expressions/poses, shipping/romance, drawing characters in AUs/fandoms, genderbending characters, memes or any other silly nonsense, and angst.With a slight upcharge, I will draw extreme gore/body horror, complex mechanics, and complex backgrounds.However, I will NOT draw anything with offensive language or themes, hateful symbols or actions, fetish art, or explicit drug use.If what you would like is not listed above or you are unsure whether or not I will take your request, please message me so we can talk about it!While you don’t have to credit me for my work, it's always appreciated! Please don’t try to pass off my work as your own or trace over the artwork. This may get you blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.I usually only sell my designs for personal use. However, I am willing to sell my art for commercial purposes, but you must make this clear to me beforehand so we can work something out for commercial deals. Failure to do so will get you blacklisted.In regards to AI use, as long as you pay for the art I don't really care what you do with it afterwards, but you must make this intent clear to me beforehand. I will most likely have an AI charge depending on the commission type. If you don't let me know, you will get blacklisted.

Payment

I only use Ko-fi and PayPal. My main commission platform is Ko-fi, but I will accept commissions via discord or email with payment via PayPal.I will begin working on the commission after the payment comes through. You will receive a quick sketch as soon as possible along with watermarked updates every so often so you can request changes to the art. You may also request an update whenever you’d like.Your commission will most likely take 5-14 days to complete, but time frames can vary depending on the type of commission and my schedule. If you are operating on a strict time frame let me know as soon as possible so I can plan accordingly or let you know that I won't be able to complete your project in time.Once the piece is complete, you will receive the high quality non-watermarked finished piece sent to you. If for whatever reason I haven’t started on your project yet, full refunds are available.Arguing about my prices or breaking any of my policies will result in me terminating your commission. Continuing to harass me may result in being blacklisted.

Cancelation

If you need to cancel a commission, you may do so at any time. However you will only be refunded 50% of the cost after the initial sketch is completed.I may need to cancel a commission due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case I will give you a complete refund and a discount on your next order, even after the initial sketch.Commissions can also be terminated by me at any time for violation of my terms of service. Anyone who violates my terms of service may be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future. Upon being blacklisted, the individual will be notified of their blacklisted statice and offered a refund of incomplete artwork.If your commission was canceled, you can pay a percentage of the cost equal to the amount of work I’ve done to receive your unfinished piece without a watermark. Blacklisted individuals are not guaranteed this option.I reserve the right to refuse service to anybody.
